Nike Zoom Vaporfly Next% 4 voor heren
De Vaporfly 4 is een mijlenverslindende machine die nu nog lichter is. Nike heeft gewicht bespaard met een Flyplate van koolstofvezel en een ultrareactieve ZoomX-middenzool van schuim, voor snelheid op wedstrijddag zonder in te leveren op prestaties. Het resultaat is een verfijnde wedstrijdschoen die wordt vertrouwd voor afstanden van de mijl tot de marathon.
Volle snelheid
De Flyplate van koolstofvezel over de volledige lengte heeft een grotere hoek dan die van de Vaporfly 3 en wordt gecombineerd met een lagere hiel-tot-teen-drop voor een stuwend gevoel op wedstrijddag.
Lichter schuim
Nike ZoomX, ons meest responsieve schuim, is nu nog lichter. Het loopt van hiel tot teen en zorgt dankzij een iets dunnere middenzool voor nog meer energieteruggave dan voorheen, voor een veerkrachtig, vederlicht gevoel.
Minder gewicht
Het speciaal ontwikkelde mesh in het bovenwerk biedt verbeterd lichtgewicht comfort en zorgt tegelijkertijd voor een consistentere pasvorm. We hebben de hiel en de tong kleiner gemaakt om nog meer gewicht te besparen.
Licht gevoel
De verdikking van de middenzool bij de hiel helpt het gewicht aan de binnenkant van de voet te verminderen en zorgt voor een stabielere loop. Nike heeft het gewicht van de buitenzool verminderd door dunner rubber te gebruiken dan bij de Vaporfly 3.

Nike heeft kleine aanpassingen gedaan voor grote verbeteringen. Nike heeft overbodig gewicht uit het bovenwerk, de middenzool en de buitenzool verwijderd zonder in te leveren op prestaties.
